Get Moving! Fun activities to get your children moving!

Children just love to move.  Physical activity is good for children's bodies and their minds.  Moving helps everyone feel good, and it supports the healthy development of our entire bodies; hearts, lungs, muscles, bones and more! All children need, and benefit from, at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day.  you can help your children reach this goal by adding to the active play you already do as part of the daily routine.  Here are some FUN ways you can get your children to move it!
